The Customer Care Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for purchasers, offering guidance on any Tarion warranty or customer care related queries or concerns, and will route inquiries to the relevant staff as needed.
Skilled inspectors will perform a wide range of inspections, starting from quality control assessments and extending to Tarion warranty inspections, all while providing homeowners with education on what is covered by the warranty and effectively managing their expectations.
Service technicians will take charge of addressing deficiencies identified during inspections and will collaborate closely with the team to ensure the prompt resolution of these issues within the units.
The key runners/labourers play a pivotal role, supporting the on-site client service team by accompanying and supervising trades during repairs, maintaining the cleanliness of units, and promptly reporting any damages or issues that surface during service calls.
